Registration deadlines and fees:
Early registration: Nov 10 -28, 2025
Regular registration: Nov 29, 2025 - Jan 23, 2026
Late registration: Jan 24 - Feb 8, 2026
Refund deadline: Jan 24, 2026
Due to rising costs and reduced funding, instead of paying a flat fare, competitors will now pay per event, with a fare cap after 3 events. Please consult the table below for details:
Student/Adult Early: $30/$45 for first entry; $10 for each additional entry up to 3 total entries; subsequent entries beyond 3 are free
Student/Adult Regular: $40/$55 for first entry; $10 for each additional entry up to 3 total entries; subsequent entries beyond 3 are free
Student/Adult Late: $55/$70 for first entry; $10 for each additional entry up to 3 total entries; subsequent entries beyond 3 are free
Examples:
Jennifer qualifies for early student registration prices. She registers for 2 events: Bronze WQ and Bronze T. She therefore pays $30 + $10 = $40. Stanley is Jennifer’s partner and participates in the same 2 events. He qualifies for early adult registration prices, so he must pay $45 + $10 = $55.
Andrew qualifies for regular adult pricing. He registers for 5 events: Gold CSRJ, syllabus Paso Doble, Silver rhythm CR, Silver SwM, and syllabus bolero. He therefore pays $55 + $10 + $10 = $75.
Lindsey qualifies for regular student pricing. She registers for 2 events: Champ WTVFQ and Pre Champ smooth WTFV. She pays $40 + $10 = $50. She then decides to drop Champ WTVFQ BEFORE the refund deadline. She will then receive a refund of $10.
Jonathan qualifies for regular adult pricing. He registers for 2 events: Champ WTVFQ and Champ CSRPJ. He must pay $55 + $10 = $65. He then decides to add Pre Champ smooth WTFV during the late registration period. Although he adds this event during the late registration period, he only has to adhere to the regular adult pricing, since that is when he originally registered. Therefore, he pays an additional $10 for adding the third event.
Libby qualifies for early adult pricing. She registers for 1 event: Silver WQ. She must pay $40. During the competition, she decides to drop her event. Because this is after the refund deadline, she does not receive a refund.
Ava qualifies for early student pricing and registers for 1 event: Silver CR. She must pay $30. During the competition, she decides to add Silver SwM. All additions during the day-of adhere to late pricing, so he must pay an additional $15.
Athena qualifies for regular adult pricing. She registers for 7 events and therefore pays the maximum of $85. During the competition, she decides to add 3 more events. Because she has already hit the fare cap, she does not have to pay anything more.
Important notes:
Student pricing only applies to competitors registering and being paid for by a university team.
If you register during the early/regular registration periods and then make changes after the registration period has changed (e.g. you register during early and make a change during regular or late), then you may adhere to the pricing of your original registration period.
Any additions on the day-of will be subject to an additional overall $5 fee (NOT per event).
If you drop any events after the refund deadline (January 24, 2026), you will not receive any refunds.
Note: To volunteer or host other competitors in exchange for discounted registration please fill out this form to volunteer or host by January 31, 2026. If you have any questions, reach out to us at badc.housing@gmail.com.
